Molybdenum (Mo)
A raw metal quite similar to tungsten as regarding to its properties, with workability conditions which allow the use of it in a wider range of applications. The environment of usage is similar to tungsten with the addition in the chemical industry and in the copper resistance welding. HD (WNiFe, WNiCu, WniCuMo)
Heavy metal with a good capacity of being worked despite the high specific weight (with increasing difficulty of workability proportionally to the included tungsten percentage). It concerns a tungsten sintered alloy, structurally thick. The environment of usage are various: hot-heading electrodes and mold die-casting, centrifugal and compensation masses and radium-protection shielding. This product is available in round bars, flat bars even on custom-made drawings.
Wolfram Copper (WCu)
Sintered porous material made of tungsten-copper which combines the quality of materials that generate it, tungsten arch resistance and electric copper conductivity. The environment of usage ranges from the material of contact, hot-heading electrodes, to resistance welding and electric spark machining. This product is available in bars, plates, sheets, even on custom-made drawings.
TZM (TiZrMo)
An alloy produced by powders metallurgy processes, including a small titanium and zirconium percentages and a very small carbon percentage. It is characterized from a high resistance through which it can be used at the die-casting processes temperatures. Generally the main properties are the high melting point, heat resistance higher than unalloyed molybdenum, low thermal expansion with good thermal conductivity and chemical resistance. The environment of usage ranges from high temperature furnaces manufacturing to evaporation systems, plastic processing and copper resistance welding in addition to die-casting. Tantalum (Ta)
A raw material which is recognized for the excellent workability within different temperature conditions. The environment of usage is in the chemical tolls processing, in the electrotechnics, in high temperature furnaces manufacturing, in evaporation systems till nuclear. Titanium (Ti)
A light metal, resistant and lightweight. It has excellent anticorrosive properties, it is characterized for different ranges of application through copper use. This product is available in round bars, flat bars, plates, even on custom-made drawings.
